Monday | CrossFit Training | Mainsite WOD

Today had a double workout. My goal by 3/1/12 is to be 10lbs lighter. Hopefully I can get a tad bit faster. Think it can happen?

1)

Amrap 12 minutes
12 box jumps, 24
6 thrusters, 105
6 bar facing burpees

Rounds-8 + 2 reps

2)
"2/6/12 SWCF Mainsite"
3 rounds of:
30 double unders
1 minute plank
30 double unders
1 minute plank (side)
30 double unders
1 minute plank (side)
