Today had a lot of movement. I performed 3 WODs today. All the times were at 9am, 12pm and 4pm. By the time I came to my afternoon workout I was exhausted. I rested officially 3 hours between all of the WODs today. I understand at the games that is how much time you have in between each WOD so I'm trying to get the feeling.
The back squat and front squat were heavy but a lot of fun. My wrist really bothered with the FS so taped them up.
The 2nd WOD I did at Outer Edge CrossFit, www.outeredgecrossfit.com w/Jake Terry/Owner. He had me up for the WOD and that exhausted me. It was Steve's bday so he had a WOD of 44 reps of everything.
The last WOD was with Corey (Mercer Island CrossFit), www.mercerislandcrossfit.com. It was a tough workout. I was running the majority of the time. My goal was to beat Freddy Camacho's time (23:30) at CrossFit One World, www.crossfitoneworld.com. I end up finishing at 19:14. The DB snatch wasn't bad it was the pull-ups I didn't want to do but I didn't drop from the bar once.
