I got word today on what the two of the WODs are gong to be so Corey had me do one of the WODs (scaled). Holy crap! That is going to rock me. It was a lot of fun but very hard mentally and physically. I first start with a 200m run, that was quickly changed to 100m because I got back with 5 seconds remaining.
The run was by far the break, I wasn't sure if I should sprint or 1/2 sprint because my shoulders were rocked and they needed blood. The awesome part was that I got in the "CrossFit Zone" after round 2 or 3 and I really can't remember to much past that. All I know is that I was pushing the bar over my head and running. I also feel I developed my push jerk a bit more.
Ok, I can't wait for tomorrow!
