Weekly Paleo Update:

I'm officially on day 7 and the smoothies are awesome! I wanted to find a way to get maximum green vegetables and enjoy what I am taking in and the smoothies do that. The great thing about the shakes is that I can put vegetables, fruits, nuts, avocados, etc in it and as long as I offset the stronger taking vegetables with a sweet fruit it will take 100% awesome!

Today's shake ingredients:
1c papaya nectar (trader joe juice)
1c water
1 bell pepper (yellow)
1c broccoli
2 mini apples
1 roma tomato
Handful of butter cup lettuce
4 strawberries
1 banana
6-8 ice cubes

Since I eat pretty close to this anyways it hasn't been as hard as it was the 1st time I did this. I'm officially 6 full days Oreo + Ice Cream Free. I feel real good. Energy levels have been decent without the mid-day crash @ 3pm which happens every day. But since being 100% Paleo I haven't had them.

On Monday I weight in at 167.4 and a few days ago I was at 164 but we'll see on Monday what mr scale says. Overall I feel less heavy which is a huge deal to me. When I feel heavy I feel more sluggish than anything else.

The biggest thing I want to see is how this effects my strength positive or negative along with my endurance in my metcons. I'm going to re-test this week so it'll be fun to see.
