Wednesday, 7/14

Absolutely challenging today. Transition to strength and heavy back squat in the metcon was awesome. The back squats didn't handle me it was the double unders (as always though).

I got this Metcon from Kelsey who has been participating in the Competitors class up in Lynnwood CrossFit.

End notes: practice is all it takes to get better. Don't expect to be awesome without a ton of practice.

I love CrossFit and how it humbles me every single day!
