It was really cool because it was a strength day. We did a version of "CrossFit Total" with 5 reps. It struck my curiosity because I want to test a few thing, like what I could pull comfortably.
My press felt awesome, my deadlift felt strong and my squat felt controlled. I hadn't tried 5 reps of my deadlift over #370 since sectionals and I yesterday I pulled #375. Felt good!
Ever since starting the Wender 5/3/1 program I have felt a ton more comfortable with my squat. I can go deep and come out of it strong. Plus, it's always good to do good away from home.
