Sunday, 7/11/10

I trained out of Mercer Island
CrossFit today and it was nice to sweat and be shirt less. Plus it's stinkin muggy.

This WOD wasn't too rough, it was the pull-ups that caught up but wasn't too crazy. This was a lot of fun and I think the StoneWay CrossFit crew is going to love this this upcoming week. (I.e Tuesday)

After that I did double under for time. I was on the CrossFit Endurance site and saw a workout w/out socks. So I tried it and now I have blisters at the tip of my big toes. I hit a PR today with consecutive "double unders". I got 77 before my shoulder quit on me. Oh yeah when the rope hits your toes, it stings!
