I did StoneWay's metcon today. It was a burner in the legs. The KB swing and burpees were just recovery for the squat hops. I had #'s in my head on how many rounds I was shooting for. Each round I completed 4 2/3. The first round I was 3 reps from completing 5 rounds but close doesn't count. The KB felt super lite and burpees felt great.
Again I can't express how excited I am about the strength training. One of my vulnerabilities are strength so I hope to catch up on some ground in this area. Time will tell.
