Friday-Back Squat

Warm-up: 5 x #130 (50% of 1 RM)

Set #1- 5 x #170 (65%)
Set #2- 5 x #200 (75%)
Set #3- 5 x #225 (85%)= 20 reps
*last set perform max reps

Today was a bitter sweet day. I felt super great on my strength and like tail for my metcon. I was super slow. I added 4:30 minute to my old time so I totally un-Pr'd this WOD.

I then have to remember that bad days come and go. We'll get back on the horse tomorrow.
