Today was a bitter sweet day. I felt super great on my strength and like tail for my metcon. I was super slow. I added 4:30 minute to my old time so I totally un-Pr'd this WOD.
I then have to remember that bad days come and go. We'll get back on the horse tomorrow.

wow man, I feel your pain. +4 minuets is a tough pill to swallow! Your strength numbers are looking great though.
