I went to Level 4 today and jumped in for another strength then a metcon. This was the first time I did sumo deadlift and it was a lot of fun! My adductors are gonna love it tomorrow. I go over and usually train with Scott (he's a great guy and coach) and I always walk away with something new from him. He works close with Dave Werner and Mike Bergner so you get an idea of how knowledgeable he is but more important how he coaches is great.

Today was day 2 of the Wendler 5/3/1 strength program. I got 315 x 12. I think I had at least 1 or 2 more left but the grip was getting away from me. I love the deadlift!

Today was a great training day, it was fun and I learned a few new things.
