I PR'd my back squat today! I am an official member of the #300 club. Last time I had 300 on my back I went straight down, so this is a good feeling. I had a spotter for the last set, I think I could have tried #310 and maybe could have got it up but I didn't try do to a meeting I was late for.
The metcon was tough, #50 DB are awkward and heavy for me. I didn't remember if the workout was 5 rounds or 3 rounds so I did 5 rounds. Then I found out that I did a little extra credit because I only needed to do 3 rounds. No worries. I think I was at 8 or 9:36 at 3 rounds. Miko Salo did it in 5 minutes, pretty humbling!
