I used a #20 vest for the first time ever in a workout and that makes it super brutal. A lot of fun at the same time. I started off by pacing myself but very fast did I discover that I was going as hard as I could. Pull-ups were easy, my goal was going to be 20 per round but 15 seemed to be what I could squeeze out of myself.
