Week 2
I officially kicked off Week 2 of the Wendler 5/3/1 program. I have been really encouraged by this program. What really excites me is how this is going to help our box (StoneWay CrossFit). We have people of all ages training with us so this strength program is affecting everyone.
I did my strength in the morning and then followed by the Metcon 1 hour later. My dead felt amazing today. Definitely heavy but also light. Wierd, right?!
