Today was fun. I did my strength in the morning in between sessions and then I did my metcon at CrossFit Seattle today and had a lot of fun. We started the WOD with a 1 mile run and you can imagine the response by everyone to that was "what? I'm not a runner". They have a good group of people at Level 4 and a great Coach (Scott). He's been coaching since the beginning of CrossFit so he has had a lot of exposure to many coaches and programs.
