The strength was a decent strength workout but the metcon was tough. I wasn't sure if I was going to scale or Rx, so I decided I'd start Rx and if I needed to drop I would. It was a slow workout but I was glad I Rx'd. There was a few times I wanted to drop but I knew if I pulled my core in and dug deep I could pull this off.
Great transition from heavy to bodyweight!
