Tuesday

CrossFit Endurance: Running

10 seconds of work
5 seconds rest
20 rounds
(total of 5 minutes)

This was short and sweet, plus alot of fun.  I was instantly breathing hard and sweating like a madman after all was said and done.  It's crazy that this is a workout!  I'm excited to see how my training increases my work capacity in short sessions.  I'm not sure if I want to sign up for a marathon or a triathalon but I will do something.  I want to put this training to the test.  I'm so excited.

I started this WOD with the Rx'd weight but I couldn't see myself completing it with style/control so I scaled it.  It was alot better that way.  Hard but good.

time-2:51 (new PR!) Old time-3:25 (w/bad form and not all legit reps)

This was a good way to close the night.  I really needed a short heavy Metcon and this served me well.  The reps felt clean.
