1st CrossFit Endurance (CFE) Swim

I swam today for the first time in at least 9 months or so.

Very fun eventful day. I'm doing a 5 minute workout tomorrow. The way it's work is as follows:
10 seconds of work
5 seconds rest
20 rounds
Should be fun!
