What a day! Coach Katie and I visited Level 4 CrossFit and got a WOD of "tabatas", you can never go wrong with that. We rowed and that is a weakness of mine so I went in head first with it. I PR'd my back squat by #20 so I was jacked the rest of the day with excitement. Good day!
