This absolutely slowed my mojo down. The OH walk was not bad at all but my clean got weaker. The double unders got better and better but the knees to elbows were exhausting. I eventually broke them into sets of 10. The Rx on the main site for the OH walk was #185. I tried #175 and that was not happening. So.......#155 was the scaled weight.
Another humbling workout, like always!
