Monday-Yeah!

Today was a weird day. I felt super weak and slow. It's just one of those days, I can't expect to perform exactly how I want to every single day.

The press felt good warming up. I've been nursing my upper trap and levator so that may be why I'm not able to press as hard as I'd like to.

The Metcon was awesome! It's heavy (for me) and then goes right into burpees. You feel a heavy load then you feel nothing.
