This kicked me around. It was a very slow workout, this was the first time I did this. The SS was pretty exhausting and then the CTB Pull-ups made the combo so much more wicked. Good times!

OK, started this morning with the usual pre-workout 8 oz of milk but without the usual tsp of chocolate syrup. It's on!
