Monday



Today was awesome!  I PR'd my deadlift today  #410.  It was super heavy today.  During my warm-up I knew it was going to be a round day.  It was cool because katie and the kids stopped by.  It's like having your biggest fan/inspiration in the same room as you, it's a ton of motivation.

5 reps: 335/355
3 reps: 370/380
1 reps: 390/400/410
