Double Up

Today I hit up 2 workouts. The 1st was "Jackie" and it was my 1st time ever attempting her. The 2nd workout was the same WOD #2 from the WA sectionals (40 HSPU/40 Front Squats, #155).

Both were great and tiring!

This was a great WOD to revisit. I knew what to expect but at the same time it worked me good!
