Dead Cindy!

Did StoneWay CrossFit's WOD today: Deadlift + 1 round of 5 push-ups, 7 sit-ups, 12 squats

It wasn't that bad at all and the Deadlift felt heavy but lighter as the ladder decreased.  I did it after the 1pm class and after Corey had done his (7:43) so I had a time to shoot for.  That is how it works everytime, if Corey goes 1st then I beat his time and If I go first Corey beats my time.
