Worked out yesterday at 7am with Corey (MICF) and Drew.  We did Thrusters and Burpees.  This was a rough WOD but overall not bad.  I went in with a plan and it slightly went away quick.  The burppees winded me after about 6-7 minutes.  I've never done 100 thrusters before at one time so this was definitely a good time.

100 Thrusters
4 burpees
*Top of every minute perform 4 burpees
