I can't stand it when I get off my 3 days on 1 day off schedule. I worked out last saturday and it was like WOD #5 from the sectionals. Obviously, it wasn't a mirror image because I finished at 6:46.

Today felt good. I hit 51 pull-ups straight before falling off the bar. As always the sit-ups slowed me down but I rocked it today.
