I went up and visited Jesse Ward of
Lynnwood CrossFit today and joined in on their "40 WOD Challenge". There are 40 WOD's that their gym are doing and the top 4-6 people doing these WOD's will be the
Lynnwood CrossFit Affiliate team. So today was "Elizabeth" (21-15-9 of: #135 Power Clean and Ring dips).

There was a group today so we ran different heats. Jesse and I teamed up and then we went at it. Overall, the WOD was awesome and I had alot of fun. Much Thanks to Lynnwood CrossFit for having me over!
Today I tried a new device that I have never tried before. It's called "The Westside Barbell Reverse Hyper Line". This device is meant to strengthen your glutes and hamstring but more importantly loosen up that lower lumbar region and get the blood flowing. I walked into with a tight lower back and was radically changed after using that for less than 10 minutes.
