3/9/10
Today's workout was definitely hard.  The bent over rows were not at all but the metcon was rough.  It was day 2 of me being back and it felt like it.  So far everything has felt hard, this is the main reason why I hate taking a week off of training.  But...........it's hurts so good!

5 Power Snatch, #95
15 Jumping Pull-ups
rest 2 minutes
Repeat for a total of 4 cycles
