Today was not as easy getting back into the swing of things as predicted. My whole self was revolting the feeling of a WOD. But after all was said and done I was so glad to get everything kicked off.

The power clean felt better at #155 and #165, it became harder to connect each of the reps with #165 but felt great jerking it over my head. The metcon burned like a mother but felt so good. I also added another metcon tonight. My evening class at Mercer Island CrossFit only had 1 person so I did the WOD with her.
