It has been an official week since last weeks events in Monroe,Wa. My body has been tired the entire week along with being sore. Tomorrow is my "come back day". Though I have been itching to get back in the gym I have completely enjoyed the time off.
After leaving the Washington Sectionals I left with many new ideas for my training. I have been following Freddy Camacho's training blog "here and there" since November but I started following it "full on" since the last week of January. I really liked the programming that his coach Austin Begiebing of CrossFit Unlimited has been putting together. I plan on continuing where I left off at when I started to train specific for the sectionals with some addition to CrossFit Football.
Nutrition
I have taken a break from my nutrition do to being lazy and will be back on track in the "Nutrition Arena" starting tomorrow also.
