"Nasty Girls"

Get a consistant training time has been impossible these past 2 weeks.  I feel completely off if I skip a day or 2 of training and I feel a lose of focus real quick.  So my goal this upcoming week is to pick training time and go at it with out distraction.

Today's WOD: (Loved this)

"Nasty Girls"

Complete 3 rounds of:
50 Squats
7 Muscle-ups(bar)
10 Hang Power Cleans
Time: 8:51

Notes: did bar muscle-ups for the 1st time ever today and I put them in my workout.  1st round, connected all 7 MU's, 2nd round, connected 5 then finished with the last 2 and 3rd round, connected 4 then 3 at the end

Hang Power Cleans were easy.  Even the squats were easy, it felt like a rest station so it was awesome.  My main focus next week is Strength days, then my Metcon.

Nutrition:
Needs to get back on track.  I'm not planning my meals ahead of time so that's screwing me.
