Today was a strength day for me. I had a great metcon yesterday ("Cindy") that left me sore as heck in my pecks. Did a little warm up today so I was ready for heavy thrusters. Got to love those!

I tried 185 and I had probably one of the dirtiest "Cleans" ever but then I tried to get this weight over head but it was a "negative ghost rider!"
