2/10/10 WOD and Diet

Metcon:
Complete 4 cycles of:
5 front squats
5 push press
5 pull-ups
AMRAP 3 minutes
Rest 3 minutes

This was a pretty rough WOD but since there was a 3 minute rest I caught my breath pretty quick. It was my wrist that were getting sore from the transition from front squat to push press.  I did this WOD with Coach Corey of Mercer Island CrossFit.  We workout in Seattle at StoneWay CrossFit, nothing like working out with the garage door wide open!

Today's intake:
Breakfast
2c milk
1.5c mixed berries
1.5oz protein powder
Lunch
3 eggs
1oz cheese
1c tomato
1c grapes
4 macadamia nuts
Dinner
6oz ground beef
12 almonds
1c tomatoes
1c grapes
1 pickle

Meals were alright today. I'm trying the shakes in the morning simply because it takes a very short time to make. I'm getting in the swing of making my plates look colorful. Tonight's dinner was so good!

  1. If you are consuming dairy you can't call your diet a Paleolithic diet. Instead you can call it a paleo-inspired diet. And, of course, protein powder isn't paleo.
