I worked out today at StoneWay CrossFit, http://www.stonewaycrossfit.com/ and the good news is that I got through today's WOD. Corey and I were at Mercer Island CrossFit (www.mercerislandcrossfit)today and we contemplated doing our WOD over there but time got away and we ended up working out before our 5:30 class. The strength was heavy but totally easy. It was the metcon that "took me to school!". I had to scale down for the muscle snatch. I'm really glad I did that because after the 12 HSPU and 25 KB swings my shoulders were toast. If this was 3 rounds it would have been hard still but a lot more tolerable. Since it was 5 rounds, it rocked me!
