Track Your CrossFit WOD's

Strength:
Bench press

185,195,205,215,215

Metcon:Complete 4 cycles of:
3 power cleans(165)
15 squats
8 GHD sit-ups
3 rounds, rest 3 minutes
(1 cycle)

Worked out over at StoneWay CrossFit today.  It was nice to have the box to myself.  I was really siked that I got up to #215 for my bench press. It was awesome because I hadn't benched that heavy for awhile. Next time will be heavier.
The metcon wasn't too hard, having that 3 minute break allowed me to catch my wind. If the rest periods were 60 seconds that would have amped it up a bit.
Overall: great WOD for the day!
I've fallen off the wagon regarding my nutrition though. Tomorrow starts back to eating clean. I know I feel so much better and I recover so well also from my workouts.
