1/4/10: New Year, What up!

The New Year has arrived and I'm back to posting my meals. I took a short break which was well needed of posting everything. Have any new goals for the New Year? Well, if you don't or don't know where to start, start here: 1) eat clean 2) eat for health 3) eat in the mind set that you are wanting to eat for performance and 4) eat nothing with the word bean, potato or wheat/grain/starch in it!

Breakfast:
2 cups milk
1 apple
4 macadamia nuts

Lunch:
3 oz beef
1 cup milk
2 cups broccoli
1 1/3 cup brussel sprouts
1/2 cup spinach (cooked)
4 tbs avocado

Dinner:
6oz ground beef
1 apple
1/2 orange
1 cup tomato
12 almonds
