12/28/09

Today was a great day! I went to a clients bday party today and I wasn't sure what was on the menu. When I got there, there was a lot of "crispy" (a.k.a. deep fried) choices, vegetables, and sandwiches. My choices were: sandwich(minus bread), chicken, bacon, a lot of veggies (but not so much that everyone was giving me "the look").

Had enough time to fit in both strength and metcon WOD's. I'm loving how my recovery has sped up and how good I feel during my WOD's. (See WOD below)

Breakfast:
3 Eggs
1 apple
1 cup grapes
9 almonds

Lunch:
2oz ham
4oz ground beef
3/4 cup brussel sprouts
1 cup spinach (cooked)
1/2 apple
1/2 cup grapes
12 almonds

Dinner:
2oz chicken
1 strip of bacon
1 cup vegetables

Snack:
1 cup grapes
12 almonds
