I have just added leche to my daily regimen. Its great for adding some mass to your build but also a great way to get 1 protein/carbohydrate block all at once. Since adding whole milk I know I can get a quick pro/carb shot whenever I'm on the run.

I've started a pull-up challenge and so far have 3 people who are staying strong. The deal is to do 100 pull-ups per day for 30 days straight.

Breakfast:
1c milk
3 eggs
1/2c blueberries
1 orange
4 macadamia nuts

Lunch:
4oz chicken
2c vegetables
4 macadamia nuts
1 apple
1c milk

Dinner:
4oz beef and chicken
1c broccoli
1/2c pineapple curry
