
I tried something different today. I usually eat before I go to class/train (530). However, I thought I would eat a "snack" (I only ate a carb and fat) then I would eat later. I didn't get home until 11am for breakfast/lunch. This "new idea" did not make much sense as the day went on. I was constantly hungry and was always thinking of my next meal, whereas the past 13 days I have never felt hungry.
Early Snack:
1 apple
6 almonds
(No protein, lame!)
Snack:
12 Pecans
Late Breakfast:
3 eggs
2 strips bacon
1 orange
3/4 cup brussel sprouts
1/2 apple
4 tbs avocado
Snack:
1 cup grapes
1/2 cup nuts
2 strips bacon
Dinner:
4oz chicken
12 almonds
1 orange
1 cup tomatoes
1/2 cup mushroom
