12/24/09: Day 14

Today was an off schedule day but since I have my meals all planned out it wasn't a hard day to coordinate. My new focus is making an effort to drink more water.

Breakfast:
3 eggs
9 almonds
1 orange
3/4 cup brussel sprouts

Snacks:
1/2 cup almonds/pecan

Late Lunch/dinner:
7.6 oz beef
3/4 cup brussel sprouts
1 tomato
1 1/3 spinach
