Today I was craving sweets like crazy. I was constantly hungry until after eating. Really enjoying all the food I'm eating and can tell I feel different also. Besides the sweets craving alls going good.
Breakfast:
2 eggs
4 bacon
1 apple
1/2 cup grapes
1 cup tomato
Lunch:
1 organic chicken link
1 1/2 cup broccoli
1 cup cucumber
12 almonds
1/2 orange
Snack:
1 apple
1/2 cup raisins
1 organic chicken link
10 almonds
Dinner:
1 beef patty
1 organic chicken link
1 cup tomato
1/2 cup cucumber
1/2 cup black berries
1 cup spinach
Snack:
6 ice cubes
1 1/2 cup strawberries
1 tsp vanilla extract
4 eggs
3/4 cup goats milk
This was a creation of my own that deviated slightly away from being Paleo.
