Breakfast:
3 eggs
2 bacon
1 cup tomatoes
1 apple

Lunch:
1 organic chicken link
2 cups lettuce
1 cup tomatoes
1 bacon

Snack:
6 almonds

Dinner:
"Fajitas"
5oz meat (chicken, steak, shrimp)
2 tbs guacamole
1/2 cup pico de gallo
1 cup cooked vegetables (onions, carrots, bell peppers)

Snack:
1/2 cup grapes
1 orange
1/2 cup blackberries
2 oz turkey
8 almonds
