REST DAY
I think I already stated this somewhere but I have grown to highly respect these "rest days". As the night ends and the next day starts I always seem to have a self talk with myself. I know that I just took a full day off but I'm not so siked to go back to the gym. There's also another voice in my head that hates "rest days" and simply wants to do another WOD. All in all I enjoyed today and am ready for tomorrow adventure. My hamstrings are a tad tight after yesterdays WOD.
