Ok, I know in the past I said I would never lay on my back but I had to on monday. I literally "saw the light" when do that WOD. I got through 2 rounds in 6 minutes, the I did 4 rounds at 20 minutes but then I fell apart. It took me 30 minutes to finish 3 rounds. I will attack this wod and I will get atleast sub 30 (I hope). So I'll retest this in 2 months. (2/20/11)

This was a lot of fun. It didn't get hard til the 9th day of Christmas. Jess and I did this and we were at 10 minutes at 9 ring dips then it took us 10 minutes to finish the last 3 days of Christmas. The WOD is just like the song. We repeated it over and over again.
