This week of WODs

It's been a great week! I feel there has been variety all week but there's a huge need for Strength. I have hit a heavy WOD mid week and will end tomorrow with a very hard WOD. "Seven" is on tap tomorrow for our "Coaches WOD". Last time I attempted this I didn't finish do to time. I started this before my 5pm class and I wouldn't have finished with time to start class on time so tomorrow with be interesting. I had 3 rounds done at 21:00 or so. I bet tomorrow will be a 30:00-40:00 minute WOD. Yikes!

I'll post after tomorrow's WOD.
