Late Update: Wednesday, 6/9

Today was one of those days I absolutely got my butt kicked. I was in round one and I knew this was going to be a long workout. The run was not a problem it was my recovery time to loosen up my lower back. I knew this would blow my back up and I was absolutely right because after round 2 my lower back was on fire!

Thanks to Kelsey who coached me through my last round. Nothing like mental numbness to get you through.
