Off the CrossFit Regional in Puyallup

It's Saturday morning and I'm on my way to the Northwest CrossFit Regional competition with Dan Arvidon and Kelsey Nagel. Kelsey will be competing this weekend along with our Andy Buckman (w/CrossFit Advantage).

Follow along today as I will be update as much as possible. I'll be following Kelsey's progress very closely.
