You have a 90 second time limit to get as many deadlift reps as possible.
Kelsey chose #173 and got 35 reps. As far as I can tell she was the highest that I know of. I'll update you more on the official standing once it comes out.
The bar is unlike your #45 bar. This bar's circumference is 2 inches. I picked it up w/weight and my hand doesn't even wrap around it. The trick is to over hand grip it and then with your non-dominant hand under grip it.
