Catch Up


Man it takes me forever to post my WODs! Ok, up date from the past 3 days.

Wednesday (4/22):
AMRAP 30 minutes
5 deadlift (#275)
13 Push-ups
9 Box Jumps

Rounds-21

This was no joke but kind of fun. I've never done an AMRAP over 20 minutes so I was in "no mans land". My strategy was to complete 1 round/minute. That happened for atleast 5-7 rounds and then slowed down. Overall everything felt good. The push-ups are the one that started to get to me the after that the box jumps taxed my breathing pattern so when I stopped jumping it felt like everything was caving in. I recovered then proceeded.

Rest Day

Played Racquetball with JD at the SJCC. It was a pretty intense session and 100% fun!
