By CountyLine CrossFit: Jerry Hobbs

Corey met Jerry Hobbs, CountyLine CrossFit Owner over in Texas last Christmas and has started a great friendship.  Jerry came up with this WOD and Corey thought it would be "cool" to do it.  Let me tell you, this was hard as crap!  It was 3 round of AMRAP 5 minutes with a 2:30 rest in between.  I really thought I was going to get through 2 rounds.  But as always CrossFit gets you whether you like it or not.

I'm still on my break right now from the weekend.  I plan on taking this week off and then getting back in action on Monday.  Who knows if I can stay away that long.  Considering how my body feels I should have not problem taking a break.
